It's been a goal of mine to make homemade cheese this year. So on Saturday with Sarah's help we set out to make mozzarella. It took only about an hour! I was surprised how easy it was and wondered why haven't I tried this sooner?
The lovely fresh mozzarella! Whatever will me make will all this homemade cheese?
