This salad recipe was in the New York Times last week and I couldn't have been more excited to find it - Sugar Snap Pea Salad with Radishes and Mint - ingredients all from our garden. YES!
We tried it and it is tasty - a great combination of flavors and very simple to make. The trick is finding Ricotta Salata which is made in Sicily and is much drier than normal Ricotta. I couldn't find it at Findlay Market but hunted it down eventually.
